Digital Products Policy

At Processora, we specialize in delivering high-quality, actionable digital resources designed to supercharge your interview preparation.

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products (Cheat Sheets, Quick Cards, Personalised Guides), all sales are considered final. We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered to your email or WhatsApp.

VIP & Live Sessions

For packages involving live interactions, such as the VIP Interview Mastery Pack:

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled mock interview time.
• If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, refunds will not be processed, but you may contact us to reschedule at a penalty fee.

Accidental Purchases / Defective Delivery

If you made a duplicate purchase by mistake, or if your requested digital materials did not arrive due to a technical error, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and issue a refund or send the correct materials immediately.
